We've been with John Hall State Farm since 2006, starting with auto insurance on two cars, plus renter's insurance. We've made a few claims, including an unfortunate string of events within several months of each other, and never had any difficulty filing claims. Our reimbursements have always come promptly on home and auto claims.
When our oldest son started taking driving class, John met with him one-on-one to talk about the responsibilities of driving and insurance, and how he could best keep his insurance premiums down - no sales pressure at all, just good information presented in a way that told our son this was important and that it's his responsibility to keep himself and others safe.
